ThreadsRank is an entertainment leaderboard. Placing a bid buys you one thing: a row on this site showing your rank, your Threads handle, an optional tagline and a link to your public profile. By bidding you accept these terms.
How ranking works
- Rank is determined solely by the total amount paid for a handle, highest first.
- Every payment for a handle is added to that handle's running total.
- Where two handles have the same total, the one that reached it first ranks higher.
- A bid must be large enough to bring the handle's total to at least the leading total, so the minimum rises with the board. It is never below $1, and no single payment may go more than $5,000 above that minimum.
- Positions do not expire. A position is only lost when another handle's total exceeds yours.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. Bids are final and non-refundable except where refunds are required by law. If you were charged twice, charged an amount you did not authorise, or mistyped a handle, email hello@threadsrank.com and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
Bid only for accounts you own or have permission to represent. We may remove an entry, without refund, if it:
- impersonates a person, brand or organisation;
- carries a tagline that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or illegal;
- carries a link, web address or contact detail in the tagline — that field is for describing yourself, and your row already links to your profile;
- promotes fraud, malware or a scam;
- belongs to somebody who has asked us to remove their handle.
If you are the owner of an account listed here and want it taken down, email us from an address you can verify and we will remove it.
No affiliation
ThreadsRank is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Threads, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Those names are the trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what this leaderboard ranks.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uptime, that your entry will attract attention, or that the site will exist indefinitely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
